Very helpful, friendly, sounds “like a good neighbor”. When I canceled my old policy & got this new policy he helped me / explained to me about prorate because i had just paid my bill. Sure enough I got a check in the mail from my old insurance company. Thanks a lot State Farm! & great guy Benton! Happy to be a customer of your company."

I was actually a geico customer, but every time you call them you get a call center and there’s zero continuity… which can be really inefficient.
